The staff was very welcoming, felt like coming home to loving family! The breakfast was nice and they have activities during the week and show you around town like friends.

Best hostel!!

Great hostel!!! I had some doubts about the hostel before arriving, but from the first moment it exceeded my expectations, staff helped me with priceless tips for going dinner and nightclubs-pubs, always good attitude. Good breakfast with eggs and natural juice.

Shoowers had some issues with continuous warm water, but nothing terrible, something kind of frequent in those old constructions.

Old building so opening doors and walking produces some noise (hard to “sneak” in without making noise) Might have been just my bed but got bitten by bed bugs all over, even though the sheets they provided were clean.

Volunteer crew was awesome, location is really good

Can be a bit weird when you stay in an hostel and its empty beside a huge number of volunteers, also for new years eve you could not stay in the hostel if you didnt want to pay for the abusive dinner (about 160$ for 2 nights, as to other budget hostel would charge around 80$ total), which made me leave (receive wrong informations numerous time about the prices)

Brilliant

The staff were amazing. Helped me with my Spanish alot and the whole experience felt more like home than a hostal. Love these guys.

A few more bathrooms but it's difficult based on the building size.

The location

I slept on the cat’s favorite bed after he spent the whole day sitting on my sheets and refusing to come off. I woke up with a lot of fleas bites! I believe that letting the cat getting into the rooms is not ok.

Great hostel to stay at!

Exceeded my expectations! Very cute place, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, hot showers, friendly and helpfull staff, homelike atmosphere and a common area that make it easy to meet other travellers. Excellent breakfast till noon. The location is also great, right on a picturesque alleyway of the lovely Cerro Concepcion, ton of street art, café and cute shops around. The bar area on Cumming street is just a few minutes by walking from there. It's also close to the main roads where you can catch buses and taxis. Overall I definitely recommend!

Location incredible.

Location incredible. Very comfortable, staff helped me all the time for a nice experience, including valuable tips of Valparaiso. Breakfast surprised me with eggs, juice..

Arriving to the Hostel is kind of tricky, something common in Valparaiso. Saddly i couldn t stay more days.
